I’d wear, at the minimum, a clean, well-fitting pair of denim (no holes, no fancy butt pockets, no overly-distressed areas), a white or light blue dress shirt or Oxford cloth button down shirt, and a charcoal or navy cotton sport coat (I’m imagining this place to be in a warm climate, since everyone’s in shorts). Skip a tie. Something like the attached photo (sans tie).
